White Vegetables

If your insulin levels are fluctuating constantly, it causes weight gain and belly fat storage.

Orange and Yellow Vegetables

Orange and yellow vegetables such as carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, and corn contain a lot of beta-carotene and vitamin A and are the best for our skin.  Also, this kind of vegetable contains a lot of vitamin C that can help with the regulation of stress hormones in our bodies, and prevents the storage of belly fat.
